School disability questionnaireAs part of putting together an action plan improving the facilities for disabled access at the school we are circulating a questionnaire to all users. We would be most grateful if you could find the time to complete one, and return it to the school office. You can either collect one from the school when you next visit (they are in the wooden shelves by the hatch) or access it electronically via the village or school websites. If completing it electronically you could also then send it to the school via the office email |
