Minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting

The minutes were taken as read and approved as a true record.

4.1 The Parish Council1
The Chairman proposed a minutes silence in respect for Mrs Howells. Clerk to Hardwick Parish Council. Cllr Storr summarised his report which is appended in full to these minutes.

4.2 The District Councillor
Cllr Stewart’s report is appended in full.

4.3 The County Councillor

Cllr Storr read the report in the County Councillor’s absence.

4.4 Police
No report received.

4.5 Hardwick Social Club & institute
No report was received. The Clerk was asked to report to the next Parish Council meeting on this matter.

4.6 Hardwick Newsletter
Mrs Enid Instowe-Brewer’s report provided earlier on at the Parish Council meeting is appended in full to these minutes.

4.7 Other
None.

There was no further business and the meeting was declared closed at 9.20 pm.
