Hardwick Evangelical Church

We are a non-denominational Christian church, and people from all backgrounds are welcome. We meet for Family Worship every Sunday morning at 10.30 am in the hall of Hardwick Community Primary School. There is a creche and children’s activities.
Minister and leadership team
We have a minister who is part of a leadership team with three leaders.

Leaders: David Instone-Brewer, Peter Key and Kathleen Rochester.
Youthworker is Mark Coulson.
Hardwick Evangelical Church is a member of the Evangelical Alliance.
Midweek activities include
- Several housegroups in Hardwick and Caldecote, meeting for Bible discussion and prayer. Some meet Tuesday mornings, some in the evenings.
- Rocky Road after-school club for KeyStage 2 children, Scout Hut, Hardwick (some Wednesdays in term time).
- Fortnightly 20s group.
- Discipleship group for Year 10/11 girls.
Involvement in the community
Hardwick Evangelical Church is involved in the wider community. A team takes assembly at Hardwick Primary School regularly, and together with other local churches we support a team of youth workers who work in the comprehensive school nearby, as part of WCCYM (West Cambridge Christian Youth Ministries).
